I read some one talking about Tom Hanks and his performance in Da Vinci Code. I agree with him that in this movie Tom Hanks really seems to be very out of touch. Some how the magic was not there and he misjudged the character and played it very shabby. And for this I blame director for that. How some one could mess with such a talent? He guided the character in a wrong direction. This happened with Aamir too, he was greatly a let down in Mela and Mann by the directors. I know one thing that Aamir do fight tooth and nail, when a character is build up in the movie but ultimately he surrenders too the will of a director. Many directors have criticized him for that, notably are Mahesh Bhatt and RVG and both are megalomaniac, and there is a difference between an egoistic person and megalomaniac.
