Arshad Warsi is a good actor and some how he is having his good time in a comic roles and for good comic one doesn’t need to perform at his best with in controlled scenario. I firmly believe Circuit as a character doesnt need Sanjay Dutt, he can relive the role, with any one but Aamir would be the best for him to carry on at his best
