Last 2 post I have read which deals quit lengthy on the merit or demerit of reservation in education as well jobs. Reservation is a problem I know that as being a upper cast Brahmin we been at the receiving end but this is life! The reservation factor is more deadly at cast level than at Minority level. How many do you thing people from Minority do get benefited with that? Education is a very vital part for the development of new Indian Society and you got to agree with that at education level much is needed to be done and that includes Minority too. This wont matter much in time to come as good brains will not need government jobs and only second grade brains will need that security and Nation will be pulled up by some one who is good. It won’t matter if he comes through reservation or not. And its better the best brains who aren't getting into those educational institute or government jobs will strike out on its own and no one can stop them to succeed. So bear this pain, as it’s not a permanent problem next generation will work out the things in their own way.
